Did a factory reset and the thermostat is stuck on "Continue setup in the Google Home App." Reinstalled the thermostat on the app and it still can't find it. I even reinstalled Google Home and tried to install it on the Nest App.
Any help would be appreciated.

If the thermostat is saying that error, you have Nest Thermostat (2020 model), so you won't be able to add it to the Nest app. It must be setup and managed in the Google Home app. What happens when you try setup in the Google Home app?
