I’m trying to add a new thermostat to my existing home and I can get to the point where it wants to look for other devices to make set up faster for Wi-Fi. But it can’t find one even though there is one nearby. how do I set up the Wi-Fi on a regular nest thermostat?
Your thermostat is defective. If you have a warranty then you’ll get a replacement. If not then they’ll say you need to buy a new one. Which is disappointing to say the least.
