Wiring questions

My Nest is still in the box and I'm just looking at the wiring. My present White Rogers 1F78 looks pretty standard, Yellow to Y, White to W,  Red (maybe green, really can't tell) to G , and a jumper between RH and RC. There is an unused blue wire that I'll use for C.

Then I looked at my Ruud/Rheem furnace configuration as I'll have to connect the C wire there. The yellow wire is  connected to C,  Red to R, White to W, Green to G, and nothing on Y. A lot different from upstairs.

I've added photos of each.

Any advice on how to hook up the Nest.

The furnace and A/C have been working fine with the present configuration.
