Thermostat and app are suddenly not communicating. My app won't access my account. Tried to log in. Password won't work. Tried to reset password by asking a reset password to be sent. It says it was sent, but it never arrives. I tried to re add my Thermostat as the app doesn't show any products in the app. It wants a me to enter a key, which when you follow the instructions to find this simply "says already connected to an account " . What in the world. It's freezing and the thermostat won't work or appear in my app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, that made no difference. Any ideas?
