Thermostat constantly unloading. 3 emails and no passwords. Can’t sign on!

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the delay. Could you please try to reinstall the app you’re using for your thermostat? After that, try to log in using your original credential. Let me know if the issue persists. You can also visit this support article for more information.

Still need help cuz problem is intermittent and very hard to sign on. Right now I am injured and can’t work on it. Thx
