Hi Chris911,

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I'm sorry to hear that your Nest thermostat's temperature changed from 69 degrees for heating to 63 degrees on its own overnight. I’d be happy to help!

To better assist you, I’d like to ask the following:

  •  What is the model of your Nest thermostat? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify your thermostat model.
  • Do you have a Rush Hours or Nest Renew subscription?
  • When did the inconvenience first occur?
  • Is the Nest thermostat newly installed?
  • Does the inconvenience happen with both heating and cooling, or just heating?
  • Have you received any error messages?
  • Have there been any recent changes or upgrades to your HVAC system?

In the meantime, I’d suggest the following steps:

Keep me posted.

Best regards,

Jenniffer
