I tried to reset my account forgetting that the pin was locked. Now my account is reset and I can't get into it to get my pin number.

The problem is I don't remember the pin number.

Is there a way to just factory reset the whole entire thing?

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd love to help. 

A forgotten PIN code may require you to have your thermostat reset in order to unlock it. A manual reset requires you to have your thermostat connected to a computer. To do this, please follow these steps:

Connect the thermostat display to a USB cable and connect it to a computer. Once the computer recognizes it, look for the folder named "TechnicalInfo.PLIST" and let me know if it shows.
