Hi,
Has anyone had an issue with the nest thermostat no longer charging? I've tried using the usb cord to charge it. It does charge but it wont stay charged after a few hours of use. I had verizon come to my house yesterday to verify that my internet is ok and they confirmed it was. I contacted nest customer service and they have told me there is nothing they can do to help after checking connections. I've only had it 2.5 years old at this point. We dont use the actual thermostat to change the temperatute. I always use the app. So its not from using it the wrong way. Any suggestions on how to fix this without having to buy a new theromostat (not nest) ?
