The thermostat will not register with the app because it can not connect to wi-fi due to low battery. It is a wired gen 3 and has not had this issue in the past 3 years. It is automatically supplied power when on base, but does not seem to be charging. This seems to be a common problem, but I can not find a solution in past posts, not can I reply to a thread. Is there is a solution other than replacing it?
