Thermostat not working

My nest thermostat is stuck on the home icon screen. I have restarted both the thermostat and my WiFi. I can't go into settings. The nest won't connect with the app. I just keep getting an error message telling me to restart. I've been in this loop for 24 hours. I'm losing my mind

Also someone PLEASE tell me how to speak to a human being from Google 😭 I found a phone number and the automated message literally said they don't take calls fml

• When did the issue first occur?
• When was your Nest thermostat installed?
• Is the thermostat's display seated properly on the backplate mounted on the wall?
• Are all the wires of your thermostat connected firmly in its terminals (with no loose or exposed wires)?
