Thermostat offline and internet down

If my internet is down and my thermostat is offline. How do I control the temperature ?

Thanks for reaching out — I'm sorry for the delay. If your Nest Thermostat is offline you will not be able to make any changes in the app. However, you can still use your thermostat manually using the device itself to adjust temperature.
