Nest Thermostat needs a 29v-49v to work on a 24v heater . Unless you spend hours troubleshooting and finally breakdown and cal tech service can you find out this is required that a c wire that carry’s 29v minimum will be needed.
Also trying to find out what version of Nest we have is not easy the instructions are garbage.
returned my nest won’t be back
