Thermostat sensors

My old NEST thermostat with sensors went bad. I bought a new one, but without sensors. Am I not able to use the sensors with the new unit. Keeps giving me a message that the sensors are on another account.

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

The Nest Temperature Sensor is compatible with the Nest Thermostat E and Nest Learning Thermostat. If you're using the newest Google Nest Thermostat, then it is the main reason why it is not connecting as it is not compatible with it.
