I wonder if anyone can help. Had a Heat Link fitted to my Combi boiler on Tuesday, which is all connected with solid green light on.
The actual thermostat is just plugged in on a stand via USB, so not wired (boiler and electrics all recently moved so no thermostat wires).
The Thermostat and the Heat Link are connecting, but unfortunately when I turn on the heating - either by hand on the stat or on the app - nothing happens. If the heating is on on the boiler, the rads heat up and stay heated even when then turn it off with the thermostat. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
