Thermostats not linking with Heat Link - Error code TH026

Woke up today and the thermostat stopped working and was showing this (picture 2). I tried to reconnect it didn’t work. I reset my app, didn’t work. I deleted the thermostats from the app and linked it again, didn’t work. I reset my wifi, didn’t work. I reset everything and set it up again and got to this screen (picture 1) and then it didn’t link to the heat link. I reset the heat link 5 times (help down the down for 15 seconds until blue light appeared) and it still gave me the TH026 error and now I have no idea what to do. Help.

Hi there! I'm really sorry to hear about this, but I'm here to help. Could you please first try to hold the button of the Heat Link until it turns solid yellow, and then release it. The light will go off and then come back as pulsing blue. After you've tried this, please let us know what happens.
