It’s cold here in Philadelphia and the thermostat keeps turning off no matter what the indoor temperature is. Example: it was 35 degrees on Saturday and I turned on the system remotely and set it for 72 degrees 5 hours before my arrival at my studio and when I arrived, it was 55 degrees INSIDE. While there, I turned it up to 83 and 90 degrees and it stayed on for 30 minutes and cut off. It always cuts off while in use. I am getting rid of it. This has been happening ever since it was installed. It has been checked by qualified HVAC Technicians and it still cuts off. Any suggestions before I trash it?
