What a complete joke this thermostat is. Have a rented space...and previous tenants left and have code for thermostat...to do a factory reset you need a laptop and a usbc mini..well after two different cords laptop is not recognizing the thermostat as being plugged in. Buddy on phone basically says ot my fault you forgot 4 digit code. It's just a pain In the a** when it's-5 and only 15 degrees in the house...so ripped this POS out and went back to a basic thermostat which doesn't need a computer to do a factory reset...will never buy one ever and will not recommend one to anyone...
