Trane to Nest

I have an existing Trane thermostat but has only 3 wires. Will this work with Nest?  B D R

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community.

Based on the wire labels, it is not compatible with the Nest Thermostat but you could check it with your HVAC technician.

I thought he said it will not work. Can you get it to work so i go ahead and purchase one? I just need someone here to show me how to wire it... i have dome many thermostats but this looks a little tricky.
