Trouble connecting next to Google home app

I have the account migrated, nest installed when i try using the add new device using the option configured items, it does not work and continues in a loop message I should be adding the nest. Not sure what is wrong.

  this is the error I get

And this is the exact process I'm doing before getting this message on the print which is a closed end loop

Thanks for reaching out — I'd love to help.  

 

Nest app will give you that message if it detects that you're adding a Nest Thermostat 2020 or the devices that will only be added using the Google Home app.  

 

I'd love to know more about it, could you please share the photo of your Nest Thermostat wiring?
