Hello i have a nest learning thermostat 3rd generation and I followed the wiring diagram given to me by support but it seems something is wrong because in the off position the fans still run and it believes I have a heat pump when I do not, I have forced air and AC.

on my original wiring I have W connected RH-RC jumpered and RC connected then I have O and Y connected

in the nest thermostat I have
Y1
W1
O/B and
Rc

pictures of both available when needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated

@CranberryJeus

You have the Nest thermostat wired as a heat pump. The O/B terminal is only used with heat pumps

Are you sure you don't have a heat pump?

Post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring if you have one
