Unable to connect to nest thermostat

I have a ticket opened with google help desk which was never closed even though the connectivity issue was originally resolved. Now I have a reset problem however I can’t contact help desk because there is an old ticket opened which was never closed. How can I connect with the help desk? I am ready to return the thermostat as I can’t get any help.

@Paul49 Having an existing case open does not prevent you opening a new one.

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select an appropriate product or category, type a brief description of the issue, then click Next.
  3. Click Other, then click Next step.
  4. At the "Case in progress" step, click Next step.
  5. In the Resources section, click Next step.
  6. Choose to get a phone call, call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
