I am away from our house for the winter. There are four zones in the house with all zones set to 50 degrees. The lower level zone is rarely showing heat activity. I suppose it is because the furnace is on that level and it gets heat from other zones.
Other zones will be on for 5-10 hours a day. Today I saw on the app that the lower level zone has been running continuously for the last two days. The temperature shows as a constant 49 degrees. If I raise the temperature to 55 or 60 the app shows the temp stays at 49 degrees.
i had someone go by the house and they said the temp seems like 49/50 degrees.
what is going on?
