W5 Error Nest Thermostat

HI,

  I started getting the nest.com/w5 error message on my thermostat about 2 weeks ago.  I have tried rebooting/resetting both my thermostat and my router but nothing seems to work.  I have also tried resetting the nest Thermostat several times but still have the problem.  Please advise at #
