Our AC isn’t getting up to temp and our technician said it’s a thermostat issue and that we need to charge it. They say 3.6 V it is charging normally, but at what voltage is it fully charged without the common wire? I feel like I’ve been charging for hours and it doesn’t get past 3.7 ish volts

We highly recommend this common cable to avoid this kind of inconvenience. The function of this wire is to always keep the battery of this device charged.
