Which thermostat?

Hi, all. Nowhere can I find information as to which thermostat is compatible with a hot water heating system. Not interested in hooking up to a heat pump or the actual hot water, just the heating system. We have 3 zones. Would anyone know?  Thanks.

• Where are you located?
• If you are located in the UK, what type of heating system do you have (System boiler or Combi)?
• How many wires are there?
• How are they labeled?
