I have a question about my thermostat and "Jake (Community Specialist)" is helping me. I looked at his profile and his main answer to everything and everybody is I want to ensure you are good to go, and everything is working properly. Please let me know if you are still having trouble, as I will be locking the thread in 24 hours due to inactivity. It looks like it is an automated response. My house is cold. I am not good to go and I hope that everything is not working properly because I am worse off than with my 20 year old Honeywell.

still has 2 stock answers and is still a community specialist. Look at his profile and look under responses. They're all the same. If you have dual fuel I beg you not to buy the Nest 3rd Gen. I spent 2 month last winter trying to find an answer and there is none.
