Why I will never purchase a Google product again

I won't purchase Google products again because of the waste of the older generation products.  I have owned dozens of Google products including four Nest thermostats. Forcing users to upgrade is purely a decision of profit. Sure the old models will still work manually, but the older models should continue working remotely.

Fully agree, and zero support, no email or telephone help, just a totally useless Facebook page. They’re destroying trust in their brand.
