2nd Gen Nest Stat to 4th gen - Wiring Compatability

I have a 2nd gen Nest Stat and looking to upgrade it to the 4th Gen but when using the Nest Compatibility checker I noticed some of the wire labels didnt match up  to the listed options and I ultimately received a non compatible status.

I wanted to double-check if this is true before I make the purchase.

Would someone be able to verify if the current Nest Baseplate and wiring is compatible with the 4th Gen?

You should be able to just copy the wiring from the old one to the 4th Gen with no problems.

Go through the Equipment menu and copy all of the current thermostat settings. You can then use them to set up the new one.
