Why does my thermostat keep setting itself at 75゚

I keep deleting scheduled scheduled times which I never set up I don't want my temperature switching times at all I want it set where I put it why doesn't keep changing times by itself it is really irritating me

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear about the trouble you are running into. I would be more than happy to help you out and ensure you are good to go. I suggest doing a full reset on the schedule for your Nest Thermostat.
In that way, it will only follow the schedule that you will be creating moving forward. 
 
Here's how you can reset the device:
  • Press your thermostat ring to open the Quick View menu.
  • Choose the Settings icon.
  • Look for Reset and Select Schedule.

The solution you  have proposed has not worked for me. Too much AI/ML going on here and the algo is not correct. It’s hot where I live, I set my nest thermostat to 71 and want it to stay 71 until ‘I’ change it. I wake up in the middle of the night due to heat and see that Nest has changed my setting to 75. I suggest fixing the buggy software so people have full control and manual settings should completely override your software. Any other ideas as how to fix this problem verses resetting/rebooting the device. This is done when there’s a software problem…
