Why isn't there a setting to keep my thermostat set on Home, and not switch to Away, ever.

Constantly checking the app and resetting it to Home when it switches to Away. I don't want it to switch to Away, I want it to STAY on Home. Obviously not designed for disabled or chronically ill people in mind. Not ADA friendly. There should be a default setting that allows it to stay on Home.

I'm sorry to hear about the frustrations with the Home/Away settings with your thermostat. I know it can get annoying to keep having to switch it to Home, but I'm happy to jump in to help. 

While there isn't a way to disable these settings permanently, I was able to find a great article that will help you with these settings. I suggest reviewing this and let me know if you have any further questions.
