Have had NEST thermostat for 2 years and it has never been able to connect to WiFi and now is constantly needing charged with USB. It is Winter and very cold so not sure how to Fix this. My C Wire is connected. I do not see any voltage on thermostat connection to Furnace

Do you have a Volt meter set to measure AC volts? Put it on R and C screws at the furnace and see if you have 24-30 Volts. If nothing then you have a bad transformer or maybe the board is bad in furnace or fuse on board is blown.

Is the C wire connected at the furnace and the Nest?
