Will this work for Nest Learning Thermostat?

It is a trane controller, TCONT800AS11AAA.  1352.  TH8110U 1045

Could I use the spare Orange Wire as a C wire?

Your current thermostat is compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen.

The pink wire is your C wire. Trane labels their C wires as B for some reason.

Try this wiring

Red - RC to Rc (jumper to R not needed)

White - W1 to W1

Yellow - Y to Y1

Green - G to G

Pink - B to C

I wanted to check and see if you managed to see the information that  Patrick_Caezza has shared. Also, aside for the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation, your thermostat wires are also compatible with our Nest Thermostat E.
