Wire setup for NEST GEN 4

I have shown GOOGLE support several times that my geb2 works fine and gen 4 is not working with same setup. They keep telling me (after I prove not HVAC problem) that it must be defective NEST 4 and I keep returning it. I have now returned 3. At some point it gets funny.
