Wiring configuration for Nest Install

I just received my Nest Thermostat SKU: NST00764. 

My wire configuration is Y W G Rh Rc with the Rc being jumped to Rh.

My Nest has Y C W G R OB*

What do I connect the Rh wire too? I understand that jumped wires don't need connecting to the Nest.
