Wiring question - power adapter?

I'm trying to connect my new Nest to our HVAC system. But the letters corresponding with the wires doesn't match up with what the Power adapter suggests. When i connect the wires directly to the Nest, it allows me to control the HVAC system but comes up with an error stating i should use the power adapter. How would you recommend i connect the power adapter to these wire leads shown below?

G = Green

R = Red

Y = Blue

O = White
