can i add a 2nd nest thermostat to my system and how?

I have a next thermostat in the hallway but have underfloor heating downstairs which makes the temperature in the hallway higher than upstairs.

Can i buy anything to link to the current thermostat in the hallway / boiler so the boiler turns on to warm  upstairs up?

Hi mubz,

Thanks for posting. You can install a Nest Temperature Sensor on your upstairs, link it to your hallway thermostat, and then control your upstairs sensor using the app instead. The sensor is designed to provide additional temperature readings and help improve the comfort and efficiency of your home's heating and cooling systems. The sensor allows you to monitor the temperature in specific rooms or areas of your home. The Nest Temperature Sensor is wireless, allowing you to place it in the desired location without the need for additional wiring. It communicates with the Nest Thermostat using the wireless network in your home. Learn about the Nest Temperature Sensor in this article.

Let us know if that helps.

Best,

Zoe
