This looks like a single stage heater with no C wire so you should not have any issue using a Nest thermostat.

Thanks, do you know what to do with jumper cable that goes between RH & RC (red color)?

You don’t need it with Nest.

I have a C wire, R wire, E wire and a G wire. Is my old system compatible? Where does the E wire go?
