My nest thermostat cannot get power from my heating(cooling system. I got an email requesting I call a number that is not in service. (Smooth move)
How do I complete the return that is offered? I cannot reply to the thread that says to reply to it for this issue. (Smooth move)

A few questions: could you tell us more about the email you received from your HVAC report? Are you getting any message codes or reports on your thermostat? Also, what type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
