google nest 4th gen thermostat outing not moving left or right

3 months on the google nest 4th gen thermostat and I hate it. It changes the temp by itself even if I change it back where I want. 

For ex I want my house on 79 F but after an hour it put back on 78 F. 

Now the outing that you change the temp stuck and doesn't moving. Now I can't set back the temp but only online from google home. 

I tried to file a claim on google but the website it put me back in a loop with all the information how to file a claim without the actual claim site. 

What's going on Google ?????

  • Who has installed this unit? 

  • Have you set a schedule with the thermostat? 

  • Have you taken some troubleshooting steps? If so, could you tell me which?
