Compatibility Checker said it would work

Hi,

I checked the compatibility checker and according to the wiring it should work. In terms of voltage it wouldn't. However, the previous thermostat I had installed was also a 24v thermostat and was working without issues. Although it needed batteries it seems. 

Base off of this, would the nest thermostat 4th gen work for me? I have pictures attached in this link https://imgur.com/a/A1cINBL

Yes, it will work.

Try this wiring

Yellow - Y to Y1

Green - G to G

Blue - C to C

Red - R to Rc

White - W to W1
