Here is a image of my wires. when i use the nest app instead of showing what wires to connect it tells me a pro is needed. I can do it just need help with the wire layout on the nest.

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation and should be wired to the Nest Learning Thermostat base as shown:
Nest Thermostat does not need the blue wire connected to the L terminal as wires labeled L can be indicator lights. The Nest thermostat uses its LCD display instead of an indicator light. Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Learning Thermostat.
