nest Heating schedule is off but heating still come on?? help??

Hi we have nest thermostats control ourour heating system, heating is set to schedule  and is currently off due to the summer months. However the heating is going on from time to time when i think it senses some one, we have turn off all the eco options which we can think of but noting is working? can advice?

Disabling the Auto-schedule in its settings would help, which triggers your thermostat to activate randomly. Please take a look at this article and let us know if you need more help.

Hey there,

I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help. Please check the Routines settings if you have the Google Home app installed on your phone and linked to your thermostat.
