thermostat has stopped connecting to any wifi networks in my house, also will not connect to a mobile wifi hotspot.
all reouters are updated and have been restarted sveral times, all other devices in my house connect to my avaialbble wifi networks.
need help or a replacement the unit is less than 12 months old

Nest thermostats have a problem with their wifi radios. I've had 2 go bad, first one was within a year and was still under warranty, second one was a little over a year, and although this is an on-going known issue, they wouldn't help. I've decided to quite Nest/Google. This combined with their atrocious lack of support for speaker groups has turned me off of Google. I'm never buying another Google/Nest product.

How is it wired?
Is there a C wire installed?

i've clicked on the warranty helper , btu only get a single dialogue box to enter my problem , but get no answers.its the same on the nest help center.

Hi , clicking the "Form" link takes me to a blank screen.
the screen only shows Google Nest Help ... Describe your issue.
what ever i type in the box doesn't return any further info or text.

finally sorted used my phone to get a call back from support.,they sorted it staight away.
there should be a warning when you try and access Google Nest Help from a PC, informing you it only works on mobile devices.
