nest thermostat, unable to work with new phone

Have 2 nest thermostats, 2 different homes,

 I got a new phone, google pixel pro 7, cant get thermostats to work with this phone. Will work with my desk top computer. actually doesn't even show 2nd thermostat.   uninstalled app, no luck. Help, need it to run ac.

First of all, I want to know which app you're using to control these thermostats? Is it the Nest app or the Google Home app?

The most important thing to remember when using a new device is to make sure you're logged into the correct account. This is the same account you used to pair the thermostats initially. If both accounts match, your thermostats should work properly.

If you have multiple homes listed in your app, there are a few things to consider. First, make sure you created the second home yourself, and you weren't invited to it. If you were invited to a home that doesn't appear in your app, try requesting an invitation again to regain access.
