When I go to select and press on "Nest App/Low Battery" won't respond while all the others work fine

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about what's happening.
To give us a better look on what's going on, we could try to restart your Nest thermostat and pull it out from the base. Try and charge it using a USB and then put it back to the base.
Your Nest thermostat will restart then try and select the same option again.
