no heat blowing in heat mode

Model is Thermostate-1.4. I recently had to switch wifi networks. When I did, I ended up doing a factory reset. Someone from Google talked me through it. A few weeks later when I turn it to heat, there is no hot air blowing. What should I do?

• Did heating ever work with the Nest thermostat?
