Have tried 3 times to sort this over nearly a year, twice no replies then thread locked after 2 days ( I cannot always get access to email due to work) second thread 105325055.
Twice I have sent forms after after being pm,d and told that I need a new unit with no reply.
PLEASE BE PATIENT.....I cannot check emails sometimes for several days.
0% humidity showing always
