- When did the inconvenience first occur?
- Are there any error messages?
- Is the Nest thermostat newly installed?
- Does the inconvenience happen with both heating and cooling?
- Have you received any error messages?
- Have there been any recent changes or upgrades to your HVAC system?
- Is the Nest Thermostat able to turn on just manually?
Besides this information, please check the following conditions:

- Check that the wires are fully inserted into the terminal and the connector buttons are securely pushed down. This ensures proper wire connections.
