setting google thermostat

im having problems getting a 7 digit code..it keeps giving only a 6 digit code..

Ive tried and tried ..and tried,,,even trying the QR code doesnt work....that qr code comes around eventually to use the same procedure...

So can you help please...

I should say i am very familar with this thermostat and its app
