last week our thermostat started acting up.
We cannot cionnect to our wifi and we noticed the battery was low. wWew have charged it with a USB wire but still have problems getting it to work.
Sometimes when we unplug the thermostat from the wall and plug it in to the USB cable it says to plug it back in to the base on the wall. Most of the time it restarts but many times it sys it has to restart. Earlier this week it work for a couple of days.
Today i left it charge all day. came home and reconnected. It started up , then said it had to restart, fan started blowing air for about 5 minutes and just stopped. Screen is off and red light is flashing.
Please help is it hot in our house.
